What up Flowrollers! It’s time for 5-Tech Friday…
Today’s theme is half guard sweeps. My knee has been bugging me a bit lately, which makes half guard the most comfortable position to play on bottom (I can hide my bum knee a bit).
From bottom half guard, there are so many ways to get the sweep… Deep half, underhooks, coyote guard… It can be hard to make sense of them all! Here are a few videos that will help:
