What up Flowrollers! It’s time for 5-Tech Friday…
Today’s theme is side control submissions. Even though Craig Jones is not a fan of this position, for most mere mortals it’s a great spot to hang out in.
In my experience though, the tricky part about side control is advancing from position to submission. At some point you’ve gotta give your opponent a little space in order to free your hands and attack. Check out these 5 tried and true options for submitting from side control:
