Last issue’s poll was not exactly a shocker, most of you came to the consensus that $4,800 was too steep of a price for an inanimate training dummy. I can’t say that I blame you!
Personally, if I was going to invest $4,800 into my training, I would find another way to do it that I found had more benefit to be proactive and learn from, much like Flowroller Jason had to say:

THE MAIN EVENT 🚨
Have you ever gotten to roll with your Jiu Jitsu idol? Was it a good experience or did you learn why people say to never meet your idols?
In this recent Reddit post, people were able to recount their personal experiences in rolling with grappling legends.
Visiting or attending a gym with top competitors can be a nerve wracking experience for anyone from white to black belt.
When it comes to asking high level professionals for a roll, I have never been told no, but it is important to keep in mind that some people may not want to roll with you if they don’t know you - especially if they are worried about getting an injury in competition season.
It is important to remember that the people we see as “pros” all started in the same place, and at the end of the day most of them are just regular people.
