Seems like a reasonable solution. At the end of the day, I think it’s more about how the policy is presented. It can easily come across as a money grab if there isn’t much of an explanation behind it.

The Reddit trolls were out in full force today, discussing inappropriate relationships between coaches and students. While this post was obviously over the top, it’s a topic worth discussing.

There have been lots of rumors about gyms blowing up over inappropriate relationships going sour. Keenan Cornelius has made some great YouTube videos for academy owners, and he pounds on the point that one of the best things you can do for your gym is to have a strict 100% no tolerance rule for relationships between instructors and students.
